Teacher Education - MA

The Master of Arts in Teacher Education is a two-year evening- and summer-intensive program tailored to the working professional. The curriculum is based in both theory and practice. Course work is completed on the BYU campus.

This rigorous yet responsive program prepares teachers to improve classroom practices, become skilled teacher-leaders, and pursue doctoral studies or other advanced scholarship. Our curriculum provides opportunities to engage in meaningful inquiry and analyze important educational issues affecting classrooms.
