BYU EPP Student Teaching in the Minor Requirements

For student teaching minors, the required summative TCA score is the Practicum 2 level. The time requirement is at least one class of the teacher's schedule integrated throughout the semester/year or if preferred by the program, a 10/4 or 4/10 week split. Certain programs may require interns to complete the minor teaching outside the internship. In these cases, the minor student teaching experience typically runs between 50-70 clock hours.
