BYU EPP Praxis Content Knowledge Tests Requirement

The Utah State Board of Education (USBE) requires that teacher candidates demonstrate content knowledge in their endorsement fields. The BYU EPP uses the Praxis Content Knowledge test to meet this requirement.

Effective December 16, 2025, any candidate who earns a Pass score on the relevant Praxis Bridge test will satisfy the BYU EPP requirement for Praxis Content test verification. This applies to all candidates recommended on or after that date.
